Earth Day is this Sunday, April 22, and it is a great day to save on energy-efficient, refurbished, or other environmentally-friendly items. If you’re looking to save some money and improve your home’s energy efficiency, check out some of the deals below.
- Amazon Wharehouse sells used and refurbished items. They are running a 20% off sale through Sunday, so if you’ve been looking to do any home improvement, now is a great time to get used items for a great price.
- Best Buy is offering 35% off appliances through April 25, and most of these appliances are Energy Star-certified, meaning they are energy-efficient according to standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Energy.
- Buffalo Exchange, the thrift chain, is selling certain items for $1 on Saturday, April 24. They plan to donate the proceeds to combat ocean pollution.
- Caribou Coffee is selling an Earth Day tumbler for $39.99. The tumbler will get you free coffee and $3 specialty drinks for the rest of April.
- Goodwill is offering 20% off purchases of $20 or more. You can reduce clothing and furniture waste and save money earth at the same time!
- Ikea is offering $25 off a purchase of $150 or more on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, they’re offering sustainability workshops if you want to learn more about being energy-efficient at home. Visit Ikea’s site to sign up for a workshop and get the coupon for your purchase.
